Subprocessor and Integration Provider List

This page identifies providers used to operate Rekonix and optional recipients that process information only when a customer enables the related feature. Not every provider receives every customer’s data. Provider locations may include countries listed in that provider’s own subprocessor notice.

Healthcare providers not yet activated
Rekonix has not approved Healthcare Billing for real PHI. A clearinghouse/eligibility provider, patient-statement mail provider, and any other PHI recipient will be named here only after contracts, BAAs, licensing, security review, and counsel approval are complete. No provider may receive PHI merely because it appears in a roadmap.
Changes and objections
We will update this page before a new provider begins material processing and provide additional advance notice where appropriate. Customers may subscribe to updates or raise a reasonable data-protection objection by contacting support@rekonix.com. The objection process in the Data Processing Addendum applies.
